UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (USA)
Travel authorization:
Since January 2021, the US Centers for Disease Control (CDC) requires all passengers entering the United States from the Cayman Islands to complete a special “Passenger Disclosure and Attestation to the United States of America” form and submit it to airline agents at the time of check-in for flights to the USA. COVID-19 testing entry requirements:
Passengers travelling to the United States who are aged two and older, must present a negative COVID-19 PCR or official LFT (documented by an approved healthcare facility) test result, taken within 72 hours prior to departure.
JAMAICA
Travel authorization:
Passengers traveling to Jamaica must obtain an approved travel authorization letter. This approval can be applied for by completing a form online via this link: https://travelauth.visitjamaica.com
COVID-19 testing entry requirements:
All travellers to Jamaica who are 12 years of age or over, are required to present a negative COVID-19 PCR or Antigen test to a Cayman Airways agent at the time of check in. The date of the test sample collection must be less than 3 days from the date of travel.
HONDURAS
Travel authorization:
Passengers travelling to Honduras must obtain a pre-check approval online via this link: https://prechequeo.inm.gob.hn. Nicaraguans traveling to Honduras must complete this process seven days before, including the date of travel. Passengers will be required to present a printed copy of their pre-check approval, negative PCR test or vaccination card at check-in.
COVID-19 testing entry requirements:
All travelers to Honduras must present a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test dated no more than 72 hours before the date of their arrival in Honduras, or evidence of having completed a full course of a COVID-19 vaccine (one dose if vaccinated with a one dose vaccine, or two doses for a two-dose vaccine). The last dose must have been administered more than 14 days prior to the date of travel.
CAYMAN ISLANDS
Travel authorization:
All passengers travelling to the Cayman Islands must apply for, and obtain, approval for entry from Travel Cayman via this link on the Government’s website.

COVID testing entry requirements:
All in-bound travellers aged five and older must present evidence of a negative PCR test result to an agent at the time of check-in, taken no more than 72 hours prior to their flight. As of November 20, 2021, persons entering the Cayman Islands as visitors must be fully and verifiably vaccinated against COVID-19. Children who do not qualify for this vaccination will not be permitted to enter, until further notice.
