115% credit to use for future travel

The 115% credit incentivizes customers to retain their existing tickets by giving them 100% credit for the entire ticket value, plus an additional 15% to be used towards future ticket purchases. This credit must be used within one year of issuance and can be used for travel through December 2021.

Bookings will remain unchanged for passengers whose flight(s) are not affected by cancellations at this time.
