The Sir Turtle Cares initiative provides customers with helpful options if their travel plans have been affected by airport and border closures due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Passengers with existing tickets may choose up to 115% credit for their full ticket value, free changes, or a full ticket refund. To take advantage of any of these options, call Cayman Airways Reservations on 345-949-2311 or 1-800-422-9626 (toll free within the USA), weekdays 9am-6pm (EST). Bookings will remain unchanged for passengers whose flight(s) are not affected by cancellations at this time.
115% credit to use for future travel
The 115% credit incentivizes customers to retain their existing tickets by giving them 100% credit for the entire ticket value, plus an additional 15% to be used towards future ticket purchases.
