Make changes confidently, free of fees

Customers with existing tickets who know they will be flying again as soon as possible once travel restrictions are lifted, may change their travel dates as many times as needed at no additional cost, knowing that their seat is secured when the time comes. Travel must be rebooked by December 31, 2020, and travel can take place in 2021.

Bookings will remain unchanged for passengers whose flight(s) are not affected by cancellations at this time.
